Furnace Creek Inn has great food (Expensive $) and The Ranch is also good (moderate $). After you land, enter the only building there, pick up the phone and ask for transportation. Van will show up in a few minutes, and will take you to either place. Keep in mind that all food comes from one hour away in, Pahrump NV, and that food, in turn, comes from Las Vegas (a 2 hour drive). Before or after eating at the FCI, tour the grounds. It's an amazing 4 acre green grass and palm tree oasis. Be sure to see the fresh water (no chlorine) swimming pool.
