Pheasant Restaurant Reviews

Pheasant Restaurant is worth a stop at Brookings. A short walk (~15 minutes) or an even shorter car ride via the on-site courtesy car. They serve all sorts of goodies--Norwegian style waffles with lingonberries, pheasant meat salad with cranberries, a special house blend coffee, chislic, a lefse hot dog combo, you name it. Look for the building with the giant pheasant on the top as you land on Runway 30!
