Coopers Bar-B-Que Reviews

Rating: 5 out of 5.
If you've never had Texas pit BBQ, this is a great introduction! Borrow the car from the FBO, short drive to the restaurant. First, you pick your meats from the grill; they wrap it up in paper and send you inside to get sides and drinks and pay. Sides are typical: corn on the cob, potato salad, coleslaw. Really, it's all about the meat. Everything served very casually on plastic trays and paper placemats. Friendly, communal tables.

Great BIG BBQ. Come hungry. The FBO has courtesy cars available to get there.
