Ate breakfast there today. Learned the hours/days are a little different than what was posted here, so updated things. Hard to see from the ramp. From the ramp, facing the tower, the building to the right is the terminal building. The right side of the terminal building is the restaurant. Nice airport restaurant with a good menu selection. I had a strawberry waffle special with eggs & bacon and thought it was very good. The service was great & there were lots of airplane photos to check out on the walls. I'll definitely be going back! However - If we didn't read the previous review here, we wouldn't have found the place. The restaurant is in the terminal building, located near the center of the main ramp. The building is a gray one story building that is unmarked from the ramp side (there's no restaurant sign either). It's near the old tower, but with the hundreds of boneyard airliners on the ramp, the tower can be hard to see. Closed on Monday. Great food and nice "airplane" atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Park on ramp near old tower and walk 100' to Cafe. Reviewed by Fred Wilson on 2010-01-25 |
