Limited selection but very good quality, and delicious. As noted in previous review, purchase drinks and menu selections in the market then give the receipt to the cook--she's the one making tortillas! She'll ask your meat selections. The Chavez market is right across the street from the airport parking lot entrance. You order and pay in the market, then take the receipt to the cook in the outdoor eating area. Tortillas are truly handmade and menudo is served along with goat meat on the weekends and Mondays. The ambiance is quite rough but the prices are reasonable and the food is plentiful, and very good.
