Airways Inn Reviews |

Brought friends here and had a great lunch! Reviewed by Dan Dalton on 2015-01-11 |

In terms of service and the ability to watch the action at the airport, Airways is terrific. The food is good and the crabcakes are prepared the way a Marylander would fix 'em. (So that's a good thing!) Reviewed by Jill Tallman on 2011-05-20 |

You'll feel right at home when you visit The Airways Inn. The crab soup is delicious, and all of the sandwiches are tasty. The restaurant has plenty of aviation art, pictures, and models to eyeball while you munch your food! The staff is very friendly & Fredrick is a great airport in general. Pull right up or park at Landmark and walk over (about 500 feet!). Great place to eat. Reviewed by eric cipcic on 2011-02-16 |

Very nice resturant, lovely atmostphere. Park at landmark aviation if your flying in. Airport can be very very busy on the weekends considering its the AOPA home airport. The staff is very attentive and friendly and always quick to put a smile on your face. I've only been here twice and I already feel like a regular. Reviewed by Teerawood Tongrugs on 2009-04-01 |

With my office about 10 minutes away, I eat here at least once a week - very good food and reasonable prices makes this casual/diner type restaurant on the field popular with pilots, AOPA staffers, flight instructors, and locals alike. What more could you want in a $100 hamburger? The soups are all homemade, with 4 offered daily in a rotation of about 8-10. Don't miss the chili or either one of the crabs soups. The salads and sandwiches are also good. Come to think of it, there's not much here that isn't good. They are open for breakfast, lunch & dinner every day except Mondays when they close at 3...I had to find that one out the hard way. Reviewed by Seamus Fitzgerald on 2008-06-18 |
