Wonderful little place. Patio is dog friendly. Great servers and very good food. The Mustang is excellent - homemade banana bread french toast. Usually have some specials and they are always good. Save room for pie. Reviewed by Bruce Hill on 2016-02-03 |

Easy to find: Just taxi into the ramp and turn left. There are a couple places to park in front of and beside the cafe. I had the Hot Kentucky Brown, which was a delicious combination of breakfast and lunch all in one plate. Great aviation decor and theme on the menu. Restaurant was full of locals and friendly staff. We flew in June 7 from khii for breakfast "nice airport" the restaurant was easy to find on the field. The weather was nice so we sat outside on the patio and ate.The food was good and so was the service. It was fun watching the planes come & go we would definetly go back. What a pleasant surprise! Stopped in for lunch 5 minutes before closing, my first visit. Bambi (the owner) was my waitress and there was something said about “Bambi’s World”, the next thing you know she is making my lunch. Mind you I never ordered. I knew when the owner is picking your lunch you can’t go wrong. Good food, homemade pies, sweet tea and an all around fun place. I hear this is a real pilots place at breakfast. Flew in with a bunch of other SoCal RVs. Small place but FRIENDLY service. Food was good better than most airport Cafe's. A bunch of local airport folks were there which is a good sign. The waitress/owner (I think) had no problem at all separating all the checks. In fact she asked if that is what we would like and she was happy to do it. Friendly little place good food great people eating there. Heck you could not ask for more at an airport Cafe. I will be back. Reviewed by Mike Divan on 2009-02-03 |

Loved the Southern sweetened iced tea and fried zucchini as a side with any sandwich. The two ladies who ran the tables were a delight. Reviewed by Dan Crane on 2008-12-31 |
