DNL is a Fly2Lunch bonanza Reviews |
Rating: 5 out of 5.
Augusta, Georgia's Daniel Field has 5 restaurants located across the street from the airport and 3 located between the airport and the street. Park behind the Pizza Hut at the NorthEast corner of the field (near the runway intersection) and walk thru the gate. Besides the Pizza Hut, there's a Popeye's Chicken and (across the street to the right) a Blimpies. Cross the big street into the Daniel Shopping Center and you'll find: Village Deli (open for lunch and dinner - open Sundays). Very good sandwitches. Rating: 5 of 5. WingShop (11 to 11, 7 days). Wings, bar food, burgers and beer (for those not flying). Rating: 5 of 5. China King Garden (lunch and dinner, 7 days). Really good and inexpensive Chinese takeout. Restaurant has about a dozen tables if you want to eat in. Rating 5 of 5. Yo Pizza. An Augusta favorite. Dairy Queen. Behind the shopping center. Reviewed by Ed Larkin on 2009-04-25 |
