The Hangar Bar and Grill at Wittman Rgnl (OSH) Rating: 5 out of 5. Park at the Hilton Garden Inn's tie-down's (they have never charged us anything for day use, but I always check in with them), and walk around the corner to the restaurant. Amazing food, fast and friendly service. I've never had to to wait for a table. One of my absolute favourite "$100 Dining" destinations.
